Physical Books
o All physical book sales are final.
o If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jennifer@achillpublishing.com.
o To receive a replacement, provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged book.
o If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Digital Products (eBooks)
o All eBook sales are final and non-refundable.
o Please double-check the format before purchasing.
